GMS Gymnastics Team Tuition Policies Include:
- Monthly tuition is due no later than the last day of every month for the following month
- Registration and tuition is due prior to September 4th, 2007. It is highly recommended tuition payments be mailed or be submitted before all travel plans.
- A late fee of 10% per team member will be collected for all late tuition received
after the 1st of the month
- A 2nd late fee of 20% will be applied per child to all payments received on or after the 7th
- Tuition must be paid before the 15th for the gymnasts to participate in team
training. Should tuition not be paid, the gymnasts may not be allowed to participate in class and may be scratched from future competitions
- An annual registration fee of $45.00 (discounts apply for more than 1 gymnast) is collected
- Tuition may be pro-rated at the beginning of the month only for July and August training
- Tuition is not pro-rated for the month of December
- Tuition deductions are not allowed for missed classes
- A returned check fee of $35 and an additional late fee of 10% will be charged
- If a gymnast drops the # of hours he/she trains, the previous monthly tuition is not divided by the old # of hours to determine an hourly rate. The fewer the hours trained, the higher the tuition rate.
- Should a gymnast get injured during a specific month, tuition will be charged
at the end of the month based on hours attended. Prior arrangements must be made with Azin.
- The cost of privates for the 07-08 season is as follows: $70.00- 1hrs, $35- ½ hour. All scheduling must be made through the front office. Please keep in mind coaches are not authorized or responsible for any scheduling of privates. All checks must be submitted to the front office 1 day prior to the scheduled date.
