GMS Gymnastics

GMS Gymnastics offers a wide range of activities that include recreational and competitive gymnastics for girls and boys, tumbling for cheerleaders, birthday parties, and open gym. We provide the highest quality instruction and safest environment for your child to learn gymnastics.

GMS will be closed May 24-26, 2008 in observance of Memorial Day.

GMS will be offering morning and early afternoon parent-tot pre-school gymnastics classes and gymnastics classes for homeschool kids.

* Congratulations to Erin Turner and Sara Mogavero for making it to the VA Regional Level 8 Team this season. Both athletes did tremendously well in Allentown PA and placed 1st in the Team Competition. GO Virginia!!
